Throughout my career in retail management, manufacturing, and operations, I've learned that success isn't just about results. It's about building relationships, earning trust, communicating clearly, and showing up for people when it matters most. These values have guided me through every stage of my professional journey and are the same principles I bring to real estate.
My career began in retail management, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving. I later transitioned into manufacturing, working my way through various leadership roles and gaining valuable experience managing teams, overcoming challenges, and maintaining high standards. One of my proudest professional accomplishments was advancing from a temporary operator to Production Supervisor at Barry Callebaut in just three years, where I was honored with the Quality Ambassador recognition and Passion Award. Today, I serve as Operations/Production Manager at Double Rainbow Ice Cream, continuing to lead with accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
But beyond my professional accomplishments, what matters most to me is family and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Growing up, I faced challenges that taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of creating a better future. Those experiences shaped my work ethic and inspired me to build a strong foundation for my own family. As a husband and father, I understand that a home is so much more than four walls. It's where families grow, memories are created, and lasting stability begins.
My passion for real estate comes from that personal understanding. I know how meaningful it is to find a place to call home, and I want to help others experience that same sense of pride, security, and possibility.
